Bajaj Allianz Health Ensure Policy is a basic health insurance policy to take care of an individual and the family members’ medical expenses in the event of hospitalisation due to any serious injury or accident. It also covers surgery expenses for varicose veins and varicose ulcers after a waiting period of just one year.

Exclusions
- Pre-existing conditions are not covered for the first 2 yrs
- Treatments for cataracts, hernia, hypertrophy, uterine bleeding, hemorrhoids etc are covered after 2 yrs
- Treatments within first 30 days
- HIV, AIDS and related diseases
- Non-allopathic treatment, congenital diseases (existing at birth), cosmetic treatments
- Joint replacement surgery not covered for first 4 yrs
- Abuse of drugs, alcohol and intoxicants
