Few days ago, Aviva Life Insurance Company Ltd launched its mobile application – Aviva Mobile. Aviva Mobile is an application specially designed for customers to access their policy information on the mobile. Currently it works on phones with Android, Blackberry and iOS platforms.
There are 4 key sections in the Aviva Mobile application.
My Aviva: is for Aviva customers with a customer portal login ID. Customers can update their contact details, view policy details, fund details, payment options and lots more.
Product: A prospect can view the top 10 Aviva plans. He/she can click on any product for further details or request for a call back from an Aviva advisor.
Contact us: provides customers with multiple options of getting in touch with Aviva through email, call centre, Aviva branches etc.
Utilities: provides general information like cricket scores, weather news, stock updates, etc.
Aviva Mobile application is free of cost to download. Since there is no activation required to use the application even non Aviva customers can download the same.
This unique mobile app gives the customers a one-touch access to important policy information and updates.
